Senior Vice President, Client Experience and Operations
Gary Richards joined Insight in 2021 as the Insight North America senior vice president of client experience and operations. Richards is responsible for improving client experiences through data and process optimization, and supporting operations tied to sales motions and clients.
He received his bachelor’s degree in business management with an emphasis in international business from Texas State University. Upon graduating, Richards spent 14 years at Dell holding various roles in supply chain, procurement and sales operations. He then spent 10 years leading sales operations for Hewlett Packard before its split, leading him to manage global sales operations for HP Enterprise.
Richards is passionate about demonstrating Insight’s values of hunger, heart and harmony in every client interaction. He accomplishes this by listening to clients and teammates at every opportunity to help effectively provide Insight Intelligent Technology Solutions™.
