Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS)

Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) is a cloud-delivered service that combines multiple communication capabilities through a single platform. These capabilities often include:

  • Telephony
  • Video calling
  • Text chat
  • Document sharing and collaboration
  • Virtual meeting rooms

An organization that adopts UCaaS can scale the service by choosing what it specifically needs, whether that’s just telephony and video calling or any other combination. UCaaS also provides end-user access to these communications through any device, from computers to phones and tablets.
